Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Operator Central ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information on operator-central.com and its subdomains (together, the "Site"), including the route-valuation calculator and our operator applications.

What we collect

• Contact and waitlist forms: name, company or venue name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government ID, financial account, or health information) in free-text fields.
• The valuation calculator: the business figures you enter (machine counts and types, revenue, geography, and similar inputs) and the estimated range the tool computes. Every use of the calculator is recorded on our servers, including anonymous uses, together with the technical data below, so we can operate the tool and follow up when you ask us to.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent string, and timestamps, collected by our own servers when you use the Site's forms and tools. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or tracking scripts on our marketing pages.
• Accounts on our applications: if you sign in to an Operator Central application (for example with Google), we receive your name and email from the sign-in provider and keep a log of sign-in events (email, time, IP address, browser) for security.
• Linked vendor accounts: if you choose to connect a machine-vendor or player account (such as Stern Insider Connected, AMI, TouchTunes, or Pop-A-Shot) to your profile, we store the credentials you provide in encrypted form and use them to retrieve the data those vendors make available for your account, for example machine, location, play, and revenue data, along with other information a vendor may make available from time to time. We use this data to run your dashboard, to improve and automate the product experience, and, in aggregated or anonymized form, to understand market activity and support route valuations. We do not sell this data, and we do not provide it to others in a form that identifies you or your locations, except as described in the Sharing section below. We do not use your vendor credentials for any other purpose, and you can disconnect a vendor account at any time, which stops further retrieval.

How we use it

• To operate the Site and provide what you asked for (for example, a valuation range or a follow-up conversation).
• To contact you about your inquiry and about Operator Central services. Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe option.
• For security, fraud prevention, and to understand how our tools are used so we can improve them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers that run the Site for us (cloud hosting and email delivery providers) under terms that limit their use of the data;
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights; and
• A successor business if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected data unless you are notified otherwise.

Cookies

Our marketing pages set no cookies. Our applications (on subdomains such as map.operator-central.com) use only essential, httpOnly authentication cookies to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies anywhere on the Site.

Do Not Track and cross-site collection

We do not track visitors across other websites, so we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals; there is no cross-site tracking to turn off. No third parties collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites through our Site.

Retention

We keep information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below, and we will honor reasonable requests.

Review and changes to your information

To review, correct, or delete information you have submitted, email jamaro@operator-central.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is a business tool for route and venue operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

State notices

Nevada: we do not sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A. California: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively; we will not apply materially different practices to previously collected data without notifying you.
